no. the only decent episodes were the self enclosed ones with novel ideas for monsters etc and all the decent ones of those will have been remade in other series and films since.
the overarching plot is one of the worst you'll find, and leads to absolutely nothing after a decade of episodes and a couple of lame films.
not even worth it for jerking off to scully as she's done more exciting stuff outside of it and worse less clothing

ye, its a good show overall

but, there's a caveat to this:
try to find an episode guide, the show has a LOT of stupid filler episodes that are really not worth wasting time on
the short version is, there's episodes that pertain to the overarching plot of the series, and there's monster of the week episodes that are, well, episodic, they don't connect to anything.
obviously, you wanna watch all the plot episodes, but there's quite a few motw episodes that just aren't worth it, and honestly are likely to stop you watching the rest of the show if you try to slog your way through them

so, yea, find an episode guide, watch the plot and good motw episodes. there's also a couple of movies, you wanna watch them at the right time, the guide should mention when.

its an obsolote show format of monster of the week with mainstory line sprinkelt here and there.

do it one daily max or even every other day. then it unfolds its charm.

it's pretty dated
and like others have said it was pretty formulaic
many of the "of the week" ones are pretty good but eventually you find yourself watching it just for the little couple minute scenes of the overarching plot, just like people at the time ended up doing

it's pretty fun if you imagine little girls singing the theme every time someone says "the Epstein files"
