I’m 47 now and look better than most people my age. I cut out all soda and alcohol. I’m a vegetarian and exercise several times a week. I don’t sleep well but I get all the rest I can. I’ve definitely noticed a slow down in my energy levels as far as marathon endurance. I can still work men half my age into the dirt if they aren’t in top shape but I can’t do that, come home and kill a workout, then run around all night with high energy like I could in my 30’s. I can still work all day and come home to kill a workout though. I’m just spent after. Most of it is lifestyle.
