The music in the Genesis version sucks and sounds like just generic video game music, the audio for everything else is crushed to the point of being crunchy, whereas the SNES version is clear and bassy. I'll admit that graphically it's probably more of a preference thing with the Genesis version trying to be more realistic and the SNES version trying to be more comic book but I personally think that the SNES version is nicer to look at. The Genesis version does have nicer death animations for enemies though.
