You signed a contract, Anon. I gave you Technical Support. I gave you everything. I even gave you a theme song by Paul McCartney which is very hard material to acquire.[/quote]

I was surprised to learn that Vanilla Sky got a CinemaScore of D-. People walked out of that film absolutely pissed.

I tried watching it the other day. Couldn't make it 20 minutes into the film. Absolute trainwreck.

You got filtered by a masterpiece. Debates rage on whether Open Your Eyes or Vanilla Sky is the better film.

The Blu Ray version has the alternate ending cut of the film, which is based on a workprint, but is a lot closer to Open Your Eyes. The upside of this ending is that it has some beautiful lines of dialogue. The downsides is that it overexplains every single thing. Every single ambiguity is gone. They explain exactly what is going on, how the process works, what the future is like, everything. It's incredibly on the nose.
