Once you factor in food and hotel stay if you're visiting from out of town, it becomes unfeasible. Thats why people love Asterix but think Tintin is ok at best. Loving something means people will go to a theme park based on it, but something like Tintin, which is not on that level could only hope for a licenced ride at a more popular theme park. There could be a chance of seeing Tintin at the new UK Universal Studios park they are making, but he is probably way down the list after even Dennis the Menace and Judge Dredd.
