And are there really many fans of the games that for some reason care about this? Not once in my life have I desired to see a movie or tv show based on the video games I like, the mediums are too different.
I can't help but feel that if this slop was an original IP with the same production and marketing budget it'd be equally successful and more interesting, I really don't understand this type of product
