If you check those lines between her nose and mouth (they're called nasolabial folds, I looked it up!) their angle is different and they appear pulled back a bit. Kelly's jaw bone is also visibly smaller on the sides, especially if you take into account the proportions compared to her cheekbones.From what I see she hopped on Ozempic, got her jaw bone shaved (and maybe her cheekbones enhanced), her lips filled, then they simply stretched the skin on her face to appear more tight despite the weight loss. This would explain the extra mouth width in both her and Mandy Moore's case imho. Fucking grim.
