It’s not even entirely DaCosta’s fault cause nothing happens in the script, but there’s never a scene even half as good as like when Spike and his dad are running to the island to escape the zombie or when the priest invites the zombies to consume him. Spike does nothing and Jack O’Connell feels wasted. They really need to bring Aaron Taylor Johnson back for the next one.
