HOW do they still make movies? The story was finished in 1983. They won over the evil imperator and everybody lived happily ever after. THE END. Imagine reading your kid a fairy tale like Snow White, but after the prince kisses her and takes her to his castle the story just awkwardly continues. The queen comes back somehow and random new characters are added to the story.
