>>217382445I'm not seeing much of a story here. ROTJ tied up everything neatly. The main villains were dead. A post-war insurgency just doesn't seem like much of a threat compared to Vader and Palpy, and introducing some greater threat would make the OT seem pointless in comparison. The story was finished with ROTJ. The sequels were always going to be pointless.
