How do we fix the /v/ and /a/ problem on this board? Both /v/ and /a/ have like a dozen boards each but they still spam their garbage here. Why don’t the mods treat this off-topic spam the same way they deal with pony shit?

there is a genuine autistic indian/arab/whatever woman shilling herself here and not just "teehee I have autism", but one you can clearly see has development issues. I assumed it was just someone trying to dox some random hole the other day when its tiktok was being spammed, but today it did the same spam with her OF(which has 0 subs) which led to her real name and socials.
