>>217384896Daredevil is lighter, faster and more agile then Batman because of the lack of armor, cape and equipment. If he got the drop on Batman immediately he could possibly take him out. Depending on which version of Batman he fights he's going to be wearing armor. It's going to be hard to get through that. Batman can survive punches and slashes from Bain and Killer Croc because of that armor. The only equivalent Daredevil has fought before is Punisher. He has defeated Punisher who wears Kevlar armor. He would have to play guerrilla tactics and constantly disappear to fight Batman. In a one on one fight with no rules Batman wins because of his equipment and armor.
