She actually watched the original movies which already puts her into the top percentile of creatively bankrupt nepobabies who are hellbent on destroying heralded IPs.... the fact that she allegedly LIKED the original films pretty much makes her a golden goose. If she wasn't a yank then she'd be leaping into a pretty amazing career after this movie, but you just get the impressions she's going to do some edgy horror that is totally vapid and end up being a woman version of Jordan Peele
