Almost all of them were a ripoff of a different Hollywood genre or movie. I think Biollante and King Ghidorah are still my favorites, even though the latter is extraordinarily retarded.

Destroyah is pretty cool and his movie isnt bad. Of that era for me its vs biollante because of the dynamic plot with the saudi spy and evolution of biollante. The aesthetics of godzilla vs space godzilla are a guilty pleasure too. Then its the 93 mechagodzilla movie. I didnt really care for minizilla or mothra in hesei era but i liked tokyo sos
