Seven being dead and Tuvok having dementia was not a good enough reason for her to do this.I did like her portrayal in Prodigy however.
Its funny to me how they introduced the idea that centuries in the future the federation has time police, then continued to do time travel plots where the time police just conveniently don't show up. Never a timecop around when you need one I guess.

It was a horrifying act of evil and spoke to how twisted the character was. If she came from a horrible future where the borg destroyed the federation, the dominion won the war and killed nearly everyone else her going to the past with intel and was dying from cronal sickness and painfully blinking in and out of existence it would have been a noble final sacrifice of a great heroine. But here she's just a selfiiish monster.
