As far as celebrities yeah, but with regular people kind of the same mindset but they DO go bald. In the 80s/90s you'd see all these balding people but they refused to take the plunge so they'd have weird half asses hairstyles with big bald spots. Now a days people just shave their head grow a beard and look better.
