This movie was so bizarre. Especially the ending. But I can’t really put my finger on why it’s weird, it’s like someone with autism tried to make a run of the mill sad biopic about a washed up fighter but ended up with a strange final product that is like a fictional movie pretending to be a documentary

There were too many home acene's where Blunt and Johnson fight, they felt forced so the Rock could 'act' and maybe push for an Oscar. I also felt that they tried to follow his life and story too literally. The fact is that this guy did not have a very interesting story all told. I do think it did a good job with how it handled narcotic addiction.
