They will not give you any indication of time or in what order you will be seen. If you've gone to the toilet for the one second they call you then you can go fuck yourself you and go to the back of the line. If you fall asleep when they call you because it's been an entire night waiting, you can go fuck yourself, you go to the back of the line. If they didn't bother to call where you're sitting (if you can even get a seat), you can go fuck yourself too. Every single ward will be full of worthless old farts that won't go home that are blocking any beds and there will be a single doctor on call past six o'clock. It's the closest to hell you can get in the civilized world.
