Hi, I'm Richard Kelly and I really need to release a director's cut so you can loudly hear crickets and birds chirping, and so I can ruin the soundtrack. Seriously, what was this guy thinking? Everyone complains about him ruining the time travel storytelling by overexplaining things, but for me he really ruined a lot of the aesthetics of the film. Why change Frank's voice to make it clearer? It being ultra distorted in the original is what made it creepy. It sounds too human now. Every change made to this movie made it worse.
