Being distracted everytime someone needs to get water or go to a meeting, focus drainer.
Chatter boxes, people with less work today, etc.
Stress from always being watched, can’t zone out for 5 minutes to relax, so end up half focused for 20 minutes

If you have a GF or wife who also works from home I can see how it would be an issue. There's such a thing as too much time with them. Or if you live in a smol apartmant I can see it being claustrophobic. As a single homeowner, it rocks. I've set up my home "office" at a bunch of different places: at home, in the back yard, at the family cabin innawoods. A get so much time back that would have been spent commuting. The key to success is to set clear boundaries for when work starts and ends since it seems a lot of people keep a sot end of day and let it just bleed into forever work time.

my problem is genuinely just that I'm an alcholic to be desu. I don't like having more than 1 or two days off because I can drift off the rails really easily. I'm totally functional and avoid liquor but if I'm sitting around the house I'm drinking beer. Also the little monsters drive me insane sometimes at their age but that just is what it is. They are. I always look at people's screens who sit in front of me. I work in cubicles with short walls that you can see over. I wish I worked in ones like in the matrix so I can have peace of mind while I work instead of being distracted by everyone that walks by.
