These movies are fucking retarded because they never got back to the themes of the first one, which included a self-aware computer program threatening a guy and the idea that there are tiny lives brought to life by the logic and purpose of computer programs.The first movie didn't do a good job getting this shit across, but it's there. It was way ahead of its time.Now these ideas are commonplace and cyberpunk movies have a standard to be judged by, which is The Matrix (not the sequels, which are 4/10 and 5/10 on the The Matrix scale). So instead of trying to do a good job these retards are just making a shitty comic book story with lots of neon, and the scripts suck and they are boring.We got like two weak memes out of the first remake.
