Second Episode of Season One
> E-Corp wants to hire Elliot
> Say that the non-compete agreement between E-Corp and Allsafe prevents them from doing this.
> Makes a big deal out of this by showing a room full of arguing lawyers.
Ninth Episode of Season One
> E-Corp offers a job to Angela despite the fact she also works for Allsafe and she is suing E-Corp
> Angela accepts the job and the non-compete is never brought up.
