DS9. They continued the lore from TOS and TNG. The expanded continuity was entertaining. B5 had nothing before it.

The worst part of B5 is that you can tell that they couldn't afford to have every actor on set every day.
In DS9, the characters are always hanging out in the background even if they have nothing to do with the episode.
