>overall story is interesting
>has the glossy, glamorous look that the last couple films lacked
Bad:

>overuse of CGI
>the VR sequences and the finale on the plane
>Tamahori's direction
>some of the dialogue
>Aston Martin's cloaking ability isn't really justified
Overall though, I'd take it over any of the last 3 films. At least DAD is a Bond movie and not some deconstruction of Bond.
