what do you learn in high school that's useful, exactly

actually, what do you learn in school that's useful at all, beyond reading/writing and math, both of which you can do in a couple of years in barely any time at all. pretty sure I learned how to read before I even to school, from my parents reading to me. taught myself english too, from playing video games. but unironically, what do you do in school that's useful (except quickly learning how to read/write and do math)? spend 10+ years in that institution, having the soul beaten out of you while being trained on how to be a worthless paper-pusher. no wonder the western world is dying.
