Original was too long and boring. Ares was great especially when the music and some of the visuals are considered but it lacked the sex appeal of Legacy.

I think it was a decent enough film, and it brought interesting ideas to the Tron universe (mainly, actually treating the programs as programs), but it was a huge mistake to let all of Legacy's plots either unsolved or fixed off-screen. It felt like we skipped a movie.
