>>217427972A lot of B movies of that era were made for drive-in theaters where people were only half paying attention to the movie. Similar to netflix's "two screen" policy today. Also the 70s followed the major studio crash of the 60s so a lot of lower budget exploitation movies were being made by smaller less experienced studios. The drugs couldn't have hurt, Im a publish author (believe it or not) and alcohol is critical to my method of writing.
