Enterprise officers get free Holodeck usage, but we know being an officer requires hugely high standards of personal behavior. Non-officers do seem to be allowed access as well (O'Brien and his kayaking), what about guests, and passengers, and other low-ranking crewmen? How much time are they allotted?We also know that Holosuites are available in Quark's Bar in Deep Space 9, but are implied to be somewhat pricey. Do we have any indication of what an actual package of time in a Holosuite costs relative to overall purchasing power of an average Federation citizen? DS9's location in a heavily disputed region of space may also throw off calculations.
