It will be easy for you to make cartoons or puppet shows with consistent characters using AI to generate then animate the images, and generate the voices for them to lip sync to.
If you have enough passion and talent and patience and are prepared to do the grunt work, coming up with stories and writing them yourself, you can make something decent.
Use AI as a tool to help you be creative rather than a magic trick where you're not involved and you can make something good.
