Both are very good movies. 2 is better. Has better action scenes and set pieces and I like the villains Dooku and Jango. Overall Lucas improved with each prequel movie. 3 is a timeless masterpiece.

Clones overcompensated, then didn't give enough screentime to Dooku, linking him personally to Obi-Wan and the Jedi Order's internal politics vis-a-vis the war (or how his entire style appeals to Anakin, whom would lead an army to abolish slavery in the Outer Rim when ranting to Padme on Mustafar).
