Red Dragon is one of Norton's weaker performances but it's still a lot more watchable than Gil Grissom playing psychoanalyst. And no matter how hammy you think Anthony Hopkins' Lecter is, it's still 10,000 times better than Brian Cox lazily spouting the same lines.
