i had a vasovagal event a while back by being in a sauna and it nearly gave me a heart attack
i thought i was recovering fine - and a month later i did a few pushups, just as a slight warmup to see if i could return to the gym
those pushups have now fucked something up in my chest and heart and today i had to take a pill that reduces my heart rate, because i felt as i was going to die. now constant chest pain that feels worse when i lie down, and i'm extremely anxious and worried about the whole situation
