what do we think about adult cartoons?
Mezzanine forte and kite are cool af!
>>217464990No such thing exists. All cartoons are for children.
>>217464990Was forced to see the first episode of this with my friend who likes this kind of stuff and not even him liked it and he's the type of guy who likes late seasons Rick and Morty.
lost interest around 9th grade
>>217464990i dont "think" about them at all
>>217464990I wish their fans would fuck off to /co/ and stop spamming this board
>>217464990Well there just so happens to be a board for that! Why don’t you go over there? :)>>217465157this
>>217464990>plot is "some dragons moved in and took over the kingdom">characters randomly say "fuck" in any situation Nothing adult about this.
>>217464990I think they're kino.
>>217464990If you call something adult chances are it's aimed at kids.
>>217466296The irony is that cartoons aimed at kids are often more mature than ones aimed at adults.
>>217464990adult as in gay quirky dogshit with violence, curses and sex?I thin kthey aren't adult and they have no value
>>217464990I don't think adult cartoons should claim to be based on a real game, when that "game" gave them all the plot armor they demanded, and was rigged for them to win.
>>217464990Did they do a chungus?
>>217464990I hate the weird forced guardians of the galaxy type gag humor a bunch of western shows go for. Nips atleast take their work seriously and you can get actual psychological thriller shit to watch that some guys actually slaved over frame by frame. There's dumb ass horrible animes too but even slice of life teen age girls shows have more soul than western stuff.
>>217466662Agreed, adult cartoons feel like if there isn't a swear or a crude sex joke every other scene, or a side eyed "aren't them white folks racist" every other episode, they aren't "adult"
Why do they always make this face :L
>>217464990I want to FUCK Laura Bailey
>>217464990doesn't look adult.it looks gay
>>217464990"Adult" cartoons are just caked in 20+ layers of irony and filled with snarky quippy dialogue from characters meant to appeal to millenials.Children cartoons from 20 years ago are just extended toy ads and yet are more genuine and made with more heart than them.
