Tuco was a FAR more terrifying villain than Gus. Change my mind. He was unhinged as fuck and would literally beat a dude to death for nothing. You can reason and play mind chess game with Gus, good luck on that with Tuco. The Tuco you see in Better Call Saul was retconned to be reasonable only because the actor found the Tuco in Breaking Bad to be too taxing physically and mentally.
