The duel with Luke and Vader in Return of the Jedi is my favorite due to the emotional weight of it, particularly the way Luke goes off and starts swinging at Vader in a blind rage at the end. It feels so mythological, like something that has happened before at some point in time. Empire and Menace had the best set designs and the best aesthetic overall, and I like all the sneaking around Luke does throughout the duel in Empire. Duel of the Fates was obviously impressive as fuck and you'd have to be lying to say otherwise.
