Hey Koreagays, I finally relented and watched a Kdrama, at least, I think I did. I figured I had to let all of you know. Actually, it was more like a Kthriller. It's called "Made in Korea" and I was actually impressed. It had me hooked, didn't seem over the top and weird like many of these shows. The main baddie actor is a based uberchad. The notebook lady was slightly annoying but great to look at. The main investigator had a solid performance, minus the bizarre but effective spontaneous laughter. The KCIA dudes had some serious rizz and aura, as they say. Despite the occasional overacting and cliche reliance on Murica bad, the series was as good or better than anything I've seen this year.
