I'm not a comic book reader, but I know Nightcrawler from X-Men TAS, where he had an excellent and emotional episode introducing him, and then in the X2 movie where he had by far the coolest scene in the film (and this is a film with a LOT of cool scenes) and while more dour than he was in the cartoon, he was still cool and sympathetic, and I was very disappointed when he didn't appear in The Last Stand, one of many warning signs about that film. So yeah, he's pretty cool, and I would like him to be on the team.
