>>
You just sit there

With your eyes

2x speed
You can even lie and brag to other cinemaniacs that you watched it at 0.75x speed
They'll be floored
No one will know but you
>>
You just gotta raw dog that shit.

With friends and/or family.

Convince yourself it's just an entire season of a show you're binging.

By having a drink, watching it on a good TV, and paying attention the entire screen and not just faces
Lawrence especially is a film that uses every bit of screen
It also has an intermission, pause the movie there and come shitpost with us for 20 minutes then get back to it
Genuinely if you can't focus on something for more than a few minutes you need to take a break from socials and get out to a forest and read a book in the woods alone for an afternoon
