You ranked them best to worst in order left to right. Before that fucking sequel ruined Arthur he was arguably higher up, and also Leto's Joker was decent in the Snyder cut scene except for the "reach around" part and talking in the Barney Fife voice. I'd put Leto's Joker above Folie Joker because at least Leto's didn't ruin the movies he was in, and didn't retroactively make other movies worse by invalidating them

I find it interesting that when Ledger's Joker gets money, he just burns it to prove a point to no one but himself and only interested in causing chaos and destruction while he seems to get very visibly upset whenever someone calls him a freak.
