The Eyrie should've looked like a fairy tale castle with high peaked roofs and glistening white walls, Winterfell should've been surrounded by Winter Town, and Casterly is not some castle on top of Ayers Rock. Little of the art for the Eyrie conveys how high up it actually is - which makes sense as to do so means you cannot make it detailed. This is the only one I am familiar with that does.
