It was a different time
>>217794965>2007Crazy how quickly troons went from approved laughingstock to protected class among the left.
>>217795014This is all because we allowed gay marriage btw. Everyone knew it was going to be a slippery slope, but fags kept insisting we shouldn't care what two consenting adults do in the bedroom, and people caved.

>>217795014Somebody noticed you can make more money playing into their delusions than curing them.
>>217795054It’s actually because the T in the LGBT started acting out. They demanded literal Molochian tier shit.
>>217795797Not him, but it sounds true, at least in the U.S. The Supreme Court legalized gay marriage nationwide in June 2015. That same month was the infamous Bruce Jenner Vanity Fair magazine cover ("Call me Caitlyn"). It felt like that was the exact moment the whole troon shit really took off outside its dank corners of the Internet. My own personal hypothesis is the LGBT rights groups needed a new 'cause' with which to request donations, since their 'legalize gay marriage' cash cow was over, so they shifted to the trans stuff, which is perfect for them because it really has no expiration date. There's nothing that just ends it entirely like the Supreme Court's Obergefell v. Hodges ruling did with gay marriage. They can just keep milking some obscure "trans rights" thing forever, even as trans people have nothing they legally can't do that normal people can.
