Nothing. First off, your pic is from an abandoned ARG. Second, back in the days of OTA broadcasts, it was easier to jam or overtake a signal even though it still required a lot of skill and specific equipment. It’s not impossible today but it requires breaching many, many security features and it’s easier for you to be caught doing do,
