Millenials and zoomers were also poorly parented by Boomers and Gen X, but have subsequently matured beyond the "everyone gets a trophy" phase after having to face a world where tertiary education and educational debt is mandatory, but also worthless, wage stagnation is normalized, destruction of the family unit is normalized, regular financial meltdowns are normalized etc. Boomers and gen x were mad as YA's about suddenly having to work for their toys, while millennials and gen z were mad about having to work and not getting any toys in return. They're not the same.
