If you mean a robot gf that physically looks, moves, and feels like real woman no chance you will live to see it. The software will be there soon, LLMs are close to being good enough to simulate a loving girlfriend, but the material science is way behind, robot gfs that are indistinguishable from real women are probably centuries away. Which is a good thing because once we have that tech our extinction will soon follow as 99% of men will be fucking sex bots and there will be no children causing catastrophic population collapse
