Anyone else shocked how long the tv series went on for? I was obsessed with the show growing up and played all the games and watched the tv show and film on repeat endlessly. What I think happened was I was watching the syndication repeats of the first few seasons, and didn't know "new" eps were airing on CBS. CBS was eitehr something I didn't have in Canada or they weren't airing on any Canadian station. I never heard of any new TMNT episodes other than a few tv specials. I just assumed the show was off the air, and a part of my childhood. I do remember years and years later, probably around 1996 and seeing a late night prime time airing of an episode and I was like "this is still on?". I was watching X-Files by that point. So for me anything past the first few seasons is just utterly incomprehensible for me. My childhood tv watching was heavily influenced by what YTV showed and they didn't show new TMNT eps, or what Global had on saturday mornings, or what happened after school.
