Javier Barden is probably the best one as Stilgar. The rest suffers from the adaptation, while I believe the actors could do a much better job they are limited by Villeneuve dumb changes. The Baron is a mumbling asthmatic, Gurney Halleck is a brooding faggot, etc. In the books the Baron is a fat, flamboyant psychopath that enjoys little boys not because he's a pedo, but because those things make him repulsive. Gurney is a great warrior that enjoys art and life. And so on, Dune in the books is this rich tapestry of characters that doesn't match the "muh realism" vibes of hacks like Villanova and Nolan.
