What About Bob (1991)

This was marketed as a comedy but it's honestly the same thing as One Hour Photo. An obsessed maniac stalking an innocent family.

Honourable mention to The Cable Guy (1996) but it's much more outwardly a comedy even though it has some of the same themes.
