Tourettes is neurological meaning it affects the nervous system, your brain cannot regulate the ability to control what you say. It's wrong for someone to say that people with the condition need to be compromised and segregated from the rest of the world when actually it's the other way around, blacks should be separate from the rest of civilized people.
