I think the horde just descended into infighting and his blood riders were too busy trying to breakaway into their own Khalasar’s to take it out on Dany. Plus she had Jorah protecting her who had already beaten one of their best warriors. Granted in a realistic steppe culture, all of Drogo’s relatives in his tightly nit family clan would 100% take retribution on her and the Maegi but GRRM didn’t really bother with him having any brothers.

Also on a separate note, but contrary to popular belief Tyrion does remember in CoK that little finger framed him with the dagger so it’s not a plot hole:
