The mexican culture is very different from US culture, much more catholic, family based, and one of patronage, your status comes not from how much wealth you can take from others and horde yourself, but how many people you can support and will support you. If you are an asshole, it will cost you. But when the politics go up against the Gov and its interests, the shit hits the fan like in PV. So stay out of that.
